You can ask us to delete your Ayuh account and the information linked to it at any time.
How to ask
In the Ayuh app: open Profile, choose Delete account and confirm. You stay signed in until the deletion is complete, and the app shows that your request was received.
On the web: sign in and record a deletion request in the privacy request section of your care workspace.
If you cannot sign in: email care@ayuh.life from the email address you use for Ayuh. We may ask you to confirm it is your account before acting.
What happens next
When we receive your request, any upcoming lab visits are cancelled. We then delete your account and the information linked to it within 30 days, and sign you out of the app.
Some records must be kept by law even after an account is deleted, such as laboratory reports, doctor notes and payment records. We keep those only for the required period, restrict access to them, and do not use them for anything else.
Development status
Ayuh is still in development and accepts fictional information only. Deletion requests are currently reviewed and completed by our team by hand.
